Careers
From trainee to route owner
Building services need steady people who learn systems and customers over time. This concept would train for the route and each authorized scope.
- Step 1
Route trainee
Ride along and learn each building checklist hands-on, learn the three meter tests (voltage, continuity, resistance), and follow a step-by-step troubleshooting tree for each machine from the written route manual, so every route gets the same standard, with paid training toward certifications and planned licenses.
- Step 2
Route technician
Your own truck, your own accounts, your own 28-day rhythm. You know the equipment because you see it every four weeks.
- Step 3
Licensed specialist
Earn the license for your lane and take the work that needs it, from low-voltage panels to water heaters.
- Step 4
Lead / branch
Take the hard diagnostics, train new hires, and help open the next route. The path ends with running a branch.
Pick your lane
Every lane starts on route. Here is what you'd learn along the way.
Low-voltage

Sensors, controls, security panels, and data cabling on every route visit.

Toward BME
Lighting, fixtures, receptacles, and fans in office and public buildings.
Water heaters

Residential water heater checks and replacements alongside our plumbing partner.
