Services

Seven arms. One route.

Start with what you need now. Add arms as the building asks for them.

Launching first

Holdline Cold

Ice machines, reach-ins, walk-ins, and prep tables, leased or serviced on a 28-day route.

The founding arm keeps food-safe equipment clean, calibrated, monitored, and ready for the next rush.

Sounds like

  • Ice machine making less ice
  • Walk-in running warm
  • Reach-in door won't seal

The founding arm.

Services

  • Leased ice machines, bins, and dispensers
  • Leased reach-ins, undercounters, and prep tables
  • Route service on walk-ins you already own
  • Coil cleaning, gaskets, drain flushes, and calibration
  • Ice machine sanitizing
  • Refrigerant leak checks
  • Wireless temperature sensors
  • Cold Guarantee on food loss

Holdline Cold equipment

Small equipment can be leased; larger systems already in place can be serviced on the route.

Leased

Cube ice machine

Hard, slow-melting cubes for the bar and the front counter. Head plus bin.

Leased

Nugget ice machine

Soft chewable ice. Popular with cafés, taprooms, and drive-through lines.

Leased

Flake ice machine

Wet flake for fish cases, produce displays, and cold packing.

Leased

Storage bins and dispensers

Sized to your day. Sanitized and scoop-checked on every route visit.

Leased

Reach-in coolers and freezers

One, two, or three doors. Swapped out same week if one fails for good.

Leased

Undercounter units

Low-boys for tight lines and bar wells. Gaskets replaced before they fail.

Leased

Sandwich and pizza prep tables

Cold rail plus base storage, with pan temperatures verified each visit.

Serviced

Walk-in coolers and freezers

We service the box and the system you already own: coils, drains, doors, and controls.

A short equipment lineup, on purpose

Holdline would lease a small number of proven models instead of whatever is cheapest that month.

Parts on the van

Fewer models means the van can carry the parts that actually wear out.

Techs who know the unit

Techs see the same machines on every route, so repairs go faster.

Faster swaps

If a leased unit can't be fixed on site, a matching unit can replace it.

Concept plan. Specific makes and models would be chosen before launch.

Phase 2

Holdline Climate

Rooftop units, split systems, and make-up air on the same rhythm as your cold.

Scheduled checks catch worn belts, blocked drains, and airflow problems before comfort or kitchen balance suffers.

Sounds like

  • No heat or weak airflow
  • Unit short cycling
  • Kitchen hot with the hood running

Opens once our founder's commercial HVAC hours are logged.

Services

  • Preventive maintenance on rooftop units
  • Filters, belts, and drain pans on route
  • Make-up air balance with the hood
  • Electrical service at the unit
  • Heat-pump readiness checks

Phase 2

Holdline Systems

Controls, sensors, security, fire alarm, and data. The low-voltage nervous system of the building.

One route keeps the small signals, panels, and connections that run the building visible and documented.

Sounds like

  • Temperature alerts nobody sees
  • Not sure which box is failing

Opens when our founder's Limited Energy Technician license is in hand.

Services

  • Building controls and smart thermostats
  • Temperature, water-leak, and door sensors
  • Security and access control
  • Fire alarm and protective signaling maintenance
  • Data and network cabling
  • AV and paging

Launching first

Holdline Appliances

Commercial dish machines and everyday appliances, kept running on the same route as your cold.

Dish machines get watched under a real load, dosed correctly, and refit with wear parts before they fail. Standard replacements and turnover swaps stay on the same schedule as the rest of the building.

Sounds like

  • Dish machine not cleaning
  • Dish water not hot enough
  • Washer or dryer down

Dry appliances first. Dish machines and other water-connected appliances once our plumbing partner is on board.

Services

  • Replacement appliances connected to existing circuits
  • Commercial dish machines: low-temp door and undercounter, ventless, and high-temp booster
  • Scheduled squeeze tube and seal replacement on chemical pumps
  • Sanitizer strength and rinse temperature checked and logged each visit
  • Dishwashers and garbage disposals
  • Residential water heaters
  • Lighting ballasts and fixture parts
  • Apartment turnover appliance swaps

What the route checks

Refrigerator
Coils cleaned, door gasket checked, drain cleared
Washer
Supply hoses and door seal inspected
Dryer
Vent run and lint path cleared
Dishwasher
Filter, drain, and supply line checked
Oven and range
Igniters and door seal checked

Holdline Facilities

A scheduled maintenance route for the whole building: lighting, fixtures, receptacles, fans, and the punch list.

Recurring small work gets a calendar and an owner instead of waiting until the punch list becomes urgent.

Sounds like

  • Dripping faucets and running toilets
  • Lights out, doors sticking
  • A punch list that keeps growing

Office and public buildings through building maintenance electricians; restaurants, retail, and apartments through our electrical partner.

Services

  • Route-based building maintenance
  • Lighting and fixture upkeep
  • Switch and receptacle repair
  • Fan and ballast replacement
  • Make-ready support for apartment turnovers
  • A preventive maintenance calendar per building

With a licensed partner

Holdline Power

Panels, new circuits, EV charging, heat-pump circuits, solar, and batteries.

Larger electrical and energy work connects to the same building plan through a properly licensed partner.

Sounds like

  • Breaker keeps tripping
  • Dead outlet or flickering lights

Delivered through our electrical partner's license.

Services

  • Panel upgrades and new circuits
  • EV charger installs
  • Heat-pump circuits
  • Solar PV up to 50 kW AC and battery storage
  • Lighting and controls efficiency retrofits

Phase 2

Holdline Home

Preventive care for a single-family home, four visits a year, on a checklist we set — not a honey-do list.

The same route discipline scaled to a house. Each visit works a fixed seasonal list: safety, air, water, and the exterior. Some items run every visit, some twice a year. We don't take on homeowner to-do lists or one-off finds.

Sounds like

  • Never sure when the filter was changed
  • Detector chirping
  • Dryer taking two cycles

Opens after the founding commercial route. Water heater and electrical items route to the right planned license.

Services

  • Four scheduled visits a year, one per season
  • Smoke and CO alarms tested, dated, and batteries swapped
  • Furnace and heat-pump filters changed to schedule
  • Dryer vent checked and cleared to the exterior
  • Water heater flushed and supply lines inspected
  • Refrigerator coils vacuumed
  • Seasonal hose bibs, weatherstripping, and freeze prep
  • A written home record after every visit
