Leak-tight, low-waste buildings

The quiet climate problems in a building are usually the easiest to fix with a schedule.

Leaks are emissions

Common refrigerants trap far more heat than carbon dioxide, pound for pound. A slow leak nobody notices runs for months. Electronic leak detection on every route visit finds it while it is still small, and the repair goes on the same ticket.

Lower-GWP equipment as we grow

New leased units would be specified with lower global-warming-potential refrigerants wherever the equipment class allows it. Because we own the leased fleet, we control that choice instead of hoping an operator upgrades someday.

Early alerts beat spoiled product

A box that drifts warm overnight is a full case of food in the trash. Sensors send an alert when the trend starts, not when the temperature is already unsafe, so someone can shut a door or move product before anything is lost.

Take it back on the same van

Worn belts, spent filters, and replaced parts leave on the van that brought the new ones, and recovered refrigerant is logged and handled under EPA rules. Nothing gets left in your dumpster.

Controls cut wasted energy

A thermostat schedule and a sensor on the walk-in save more than most retrofits.

Electrify on purpose

Heat-pump circuits, EV charging, and solar planned with the panel in mind, not bolted on.

On compliance

Refrigerant leak inspection and record-keeping rules depend on system size and change over time. We'd confirm your current obligations during the building survey; check with the state as well.
